Safety Policy

At HighForce we pride ourselves on safety being our primary focus at every level of our organisation to ensure we achieve zero harm and that everyone gets home safe every day. We have a robust safety management system, that is accredited to ISO 45001:2018, which provides us with a solid framework so all of our business activities are managed safely to address any hazards and control their resultant risks to provide a safe workplace for all of our employees, customers and visitors.

Environmental Policy

HighForce recognises it has an important role to play in the protection of the environment in all areas in which it operates. This is established through planning and managing all our activities with the aim to minimise any adverse impact on the environment. Our environmental systems and procedures are integrated with our safety system so that environmental management is reviewed and controlled at all stages.

Stop Work Authority

A critical part to our safety success lies with our workers and subcontractors being empowered regardless of their role or position to stop works at any time to ensure that any safety issues or concerns are addressed prior to work continuing. This stop-work authority provides everyone at all levels with the confidence that their safety is the Number 1 priority at HighForce.

Rehab & Return to Work Policy

At HighForce we recognize that our employees are our greatest asset, so if any of our employees suffer from a workplace injury or illness it is paramount that we have a structured workplace rehabilitation and return to work process in place to help support the employee with an early and safe return to the workplace.
